Shipping policy

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery is AED 20, and free on orders of AED 250 and over.

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Otherwise, delivery takes one to two working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or public holidays.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and your phone number is correct — couriers will call before delivering. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hebah.g95@hotmail.com and we'll track it for you.

We also deliver to Saudi Arabia. Delivery is AED 40, and free on orders of AED 500 and over. Orders usually arrive in 5–8 working days. Saudi import duties or VAT may apply and are paid on delivery.
