What "22 momme, 6A grade" actually means

Momme measures the weight of silk. Below 19 momme, silk feels thin and wears out quickly. At 22 momme it's dense enough to last, while still feeling weightless.

6A grade is the highest grade of mulberry silk filament — long, uniform fibres with a natural sheen and no short-fibre fuzz. It is what gives silk its cool, slippery surface.

Every Plush Silk piece is 100% pure mulberry silk on both sides — never a silk face with a cotton or polyester back, and never polyester "satin" sold as silk.
